The National Network for Arab American Communities NNAAC is launching a new Youth Fellowship Program. The program will host Arab American undergraduates, graduate students and recent graduates to participate in leadership development training from September to April 2013-14 at 8 different organizations throughout the US.
The program aims to develop students’ knowledge of different aspects of non-profit organizations and to directly expose them to social and cultural issues facing Arab American communities. Students will be placed at one of the following NGOs: Arab American Action Network Chicago, Arab American Family Services, Bridgeview, Access California Services Anaheim, The Arab Cultural and Community Center San Francisco, The Arab American Heritage Council Flint, The Arab American Association of New York, ACCESS of Western New York, and ACCESS Dearborn.
