Cleveland_CAMEO.pngOn August 28th, the Cleveland American Middle East Organization (CAMEO) hosted a #YallaVote table and voter registration drive at the Cleveland Cultural Garden in Cleveland, Ohio. Artists from Lebanon were present for a display, and belly dancers and the Ajyal Dabke dance group put on a great show. Lebanese food was available throughout the event.

Along with the festivities, a #YallaVote table was available for the public to register voters and motivate Arab Americans to vote. Because of Ohio’s swing state status, Arab Americans in Ohio are in a unique position and poised to have a significant impact. CAMEO’s work on Sunday helps ensure our community’s voice is heard.
