Arab Opinion Polls: U.S. Withdrawal from Iraq, Arab Political Concerns and Social Media

During the Month of September 2011, Zogby Research Services conducted three polls in Iraq, six other Arab countries, the United States, and Iran to gauge public opinion on the U.S. withdrawal from Iraq, political concerns and governance and the role of social media in the Arab Spring.


Iraq: The War, Its Consequences & the Future

During the month of September 2011, we conducted surveys in Iraq, six other Arab countries, the United States, and Iran in an effort to measure attitudes toward: the impact of the war in Iraq.

Political Concerns & Government

Nine months into the “Arab Spring,” we surveyed public opinion in seven Arab countries and Iran, asking over 6,000 respondents about their primary political concerns and their degree of satisfaction/ dissatisfaction with the pace of change taking place in their countries.

Social Media & the Arab Spring

During the month of September we conducted a survey of 4,100 Arabs in six countries (Tunisia, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and UAE) and 1,000 individuals in Iran.
