WASHINGTON, DC – The Arab American Institute will host Egyptian activist Ahmed Maher, founder of Egypt’s April 6 Youth Movement in Washington, DC tomorrow, October 18 in its offices for a discussion about the current status of Egypt’s youth revolution. Maher will explain the role in which the youth movement played to help spark the Egyptian revolution and the current challenges faced by pro-democracy advocates in post-Mubarak Egypt. There will be a Q and A session.
