AAI NPC member Ashraf Hegazy and AAI member and Massachusetts Democratic State Executive Committee member Mushtaque Mirza organized a meeting for MA Arab American Democrats in conjunction with a meeting hosted by the Muslim Democratic Leaders of Massachusetts. Speakers included Deval Patrick, whose strong grass roots campaign secured him the State party’s endorsement for Governor, and Debbie Goldberg, Democratic candidate for Lieutenant Governor.
