Paul Krugman on “The Crisis of Zionism”

The New York Times columnist Paul Krugman penned a surprising piece on Tuesday about Peter Beinart’s controversial book The Crisis of Zionism.

Krugman praised the “brave book,” and explained that, “it seems obvious from here that the narrow-minded policies of the current government are basically a gradual, long-run form of national suicide.” He also warned of the dangers of “organized groups that try to make any criticism of Israeli policies tantamount to anti-Semitism.”
