FAQ on Syrian Temporary Protected Status
Samira F. Afzali, a Minnesota immigration lawyer, has compiled a very helpful FAQ on Temporary Protected Status for Syrians.
She reviews the history of the initiative, TPS eligibility, and a step-by-step guide to the application process itself.
