Posted by Samer Araabi at 3:45 pm

As part of the Smithsonian Institution’s eighth annual Museum Day Live! Event, the Arab American National Museum in Dearborn will be offering free admission tomorrow, September 29.

The Arab American National Museum is the first museum dedicated to Arab American history and culture, and has been operating in Dearborn, Michigan since 2005.

“As one of just a few Smithsonian Affiliate museums in Michigan, we take great pride in being part of this promotion,” said Devon Akmon, the AANM’s deputy director. “The Smithsonian Institution is a global jewel and we look forward to greeting some new AANM visitors by emulating its free admission policy."

To attend the museum for free tomorrow, download the Smithsonian Institute’s ticket here, which will grant admittance for two, good for Saturday only.
