Yesterday, a fringe organization known as the West Virginia Conservative Foundation, launched a bigoted attack ad on Congressman Nick Rahall. Congressman Rahall has served West Virginia's 3rd District with distinction for 34 years and is the longest serving Arab American in Congress.
