Yesterday, a fringe organization known as the West Virginia Conservative Foundation, launched a bigoted attack ad on Congressman Nick Rahall. Congressman Rahall has served West Virginia's 3rd District with distinction for 34 years and is the longest serving Arab American in Congress. Those behind SB 1070 are not going to wait around for the federal government to get their act together.
