Chris Mansour, the former Chief of Staff to Rep. Dale Kildee, has been appointed as the new Director of the Office of Congressional and Legislative Affairs in the Department of the Interior. According to the Department’s website, the Director’s duties include serving as the Department’s principal liaison with Congressional Committees and individual Members of Congress, and as the Department’s congressional and legislative liaison with the White House. He also presents the Department’s legislative programs and presents it to the Office of Management and Budget.
